Catering

Catering is the responsibility of Mad Cow Catering http://www.yellowpages.com.au/act/pearce/mad-cow-cakes-catering-13322760-listing.html

Catering includes supplying and serving the pre-ball champagne and nibbles at 7:30pm. It does not include tea & coffee, these being handled by the MFS Volunteers above. MFS point of contact is Barbara C.

Decorating Theme

This year marks the Centenary of the Royal Military College Duntroon. Military theme, Red, White & Blue, Flags, etc.

All MFS members are invited to loan Australian flags and Union Jacks to be put up and taken down by owners. Hall will be available and open in the afternoon.

Photos

Artistic Photography offered to attend and this was accepted (http://artisticphotographysydney.com/). Artistic Photography had to withdraw their proposal due to unavailability of staff, and professional photographer Don Burt offered to take photos and this offer was accepted (http://www.donburtphotography.com).

There is no other MFS involvement regarding these photos, all photo sales being handled by the photographer.

The upstairs balcony at the Albert Hall is open for observers and photographers.

Pricing

Ticket purchase [all inclusive]:
MFS Members / Groups / Interstate Visitors - $49 to 6 August, $59 after 6 August
Others - $54 to 6 August, $64 after 6 August
Under-18 (accompanied by adult dancer) - $25 to 6 August, $29 after 6 August
Bookings close Wednesday 31 August 2011. Late bookings subject to availability and an additional $5 late booking fee.

Band Members

Band members, callers, sound-mixers and so on are free.

We would love accompanying people to purchase tickets and fully participate as dancers.

Alternatively, if there are accompanying people who are not performing any role for the band and not fully participating as dancers, we would appreciate if they could purchase tickets that cover the cost of supper & drinks etc. The "Under 18" price is set to just cover these costs so if they could choose that price on the PayPal, with a comment like "Accompanying Non-Dancer" that would be great.
