The A5 booklet is printed as a one-sided A4 yellow card cover (front & back A5 covers) and then 8 pages printed two sided on 2 A4 pages. The sequence of the pages as printed is:

Pages 7 / 2 (laid out as pages 2 / 7 but printed on the back of the paper)
