Bob Hodgson performs the following functions in the MFS:

  • MFS Committee member
  • Web team member.
  • DSC (Dance Sub Committee) member.
  • PA coordinator for the dance musicians of the society.
  • Coordinator of the Bush Dance Group
  • Music coordinator Bush Dance Group Band - the "Bush Capital Band".

He also regularly plays in the Canberra Contra Club Band.
